The Hill Just Sent Comey Into Panic Mode, Warns The Disgraced FBI Director That The Worst Is Yet To Come, FISA Abuse Investigation Is The Bigger Story/Threat

Analysis, Speculation and of course, a lot of Opinion of an Illicit Info Staff Writer| It was confirmed by the Inspector General’s report that disgraced former FBI Director James Comey “created and maintained a separate record system that he kept in a desk drawer. He then also took most of those official records home. If that wasn’t enough recklessness, he leaked some of those records to the press after he was fired,” according to the Hill.

It was previously reported that Comey is still being looked at in two other probes, and according to former FBI Assistant Director Kevin Brock, Comey isn’t out of hot water yet, in fact the worst may be yet to come.

The Hill reported:

“Next up will be the IG’s findings regarding Comey’s truthfulness before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court and whether he attested to false or misleading statements in order to electronically monitor a presidential campaign.

That determination may not be as cut-and-dried as many think it is, but it hopefully, at a minimum, will explain why Comey believed he could sign off multiple times on a FISA application based largely on information that he, himself, described as “salacious and unverified.” His exposure here is potentially much more devastating than breaking FBI record retention and handling rules.

Close behind the IG’s second report will be findings by U.S. Attorney John Durham whether Comey and his rogue team of investigators violated FBI and departmental guidelines to initiate a counterintelligence investigation into a presidential campaign. They will determine if Comey had adequate justification for launching such an unprecedented investigation.

But beyond that, Mr. Durham and his team likely will follow up on emerging indicators that Comey may have colluded with other intelligence community leaders to actually “manufacture” the justification needed for an investigation by targeting covert informants against campaign representatives in violation of established policies and procedures.

In short, James Comey is not out of the woods after the first IG report, which has exposed him as someone who casually and carelessly disregarded established rules and regulations. It is not a stretch to imagine that this disregard carried over into other more serious areas of potential abuse of authority.”

After the scathing IG report, the now further disgraced Comey, did what he does best, and tried to gaslight the public via his Twitter account:

Even The Hill admits that Comey is facing some serious trouble and that merely the facts that the public is privy to (“Comey believed he could sign off multiple times on a FISA application based largely on information that he, himself, described as “salacious and unverified.”) are devastating for Comey.  That’s how I read the passage from The Hill at least.

In my opinion, Comey is going to get indicted over the FISA abuse and the IG report was just the preliminary air support that will be used to soften up the target before the ground invasion (FISA abuse.) It also seems that I am not the only one of the opinion that Comey should be indicted and made to pay for his crimes against our Republic.

Prediction: Those Tweets of Comey’s above are not going to age well.  Those of us who are read in already know they are a poor attempt at gaslighting, soon the entire world will know too, I think Comey is going to be the sacrificial lamb … but hey, what do I know, I’m just some guy writing my opinions on the internet.

The real question is when will Comey flip, and who will he give information on in order to save his own hide … could it be Barack?  A boy can dream, right?
