MSNBC’s Ali Velshi Mocks My Pillow CEO For Speaking During Monday’s Briefing, Instantly Backfires

The Freedom Times previously reported during Monday’s White House Coronavirus Task Force press briefing, My Pillow founder Mike Lindell spoke at the podium and encouraged Americans to pray during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lindell announced last week that his company will manufacture face masks for hospitals, amid the coronavirus pandemic, hence his visit to the White House to speak during Monday’s briefing.

“I’m proud to manufacture our products in the United States and I’m even more proud to serve our nation in this great time of need. Thank you, Mr. President, for your call to action, which has empowered companies like My Pillow to help our nation win this invisible war,” Lindell said at the White House Rose Garden on Monday.

He praised President Trump’s response to the crisis and also said prayer was needed after religion has disappeared in public schools.

“God gave us grace on November 8, 2016, to change the course we were on,” Lindell said. “God had been taken out of our schools and lives, a nation had turned its back on God. I encourage you to use this time at home to get back in the word. Read our Bibles and spend time with our families.”

“Our president gave us so much hope, were just a few short months ago, we had the best economy, the lowest unemployment, wages going up. It was amazing. With our great president, vice president, and this administration, and all the great people in this country praying daily, we will get through this, and back to a place that’s stronger and safer than ever,” he added. While Lindell is shifting production at his company to manufacture face masks for hospitals amid the coronavirus pandemic, angry leftwing journalists took to Twitter to mock the My Pillow CEO.

MSNBC’s Ali Velshi tweeted: “Trump just called the ‘My Pillow’ guy up to the podium in the Rose Garden. You cannot make this stuff up.”

MSNBC’s Joy Reid tweeted: “So my Tiger King binge was interrupted by a text saying the CEO of MyPillow is now part of the presidential briefings on COVID19 … please tell me this is a prank.” Continued Below

Reid also tweeted: “So if Trump is now doing the Celebrity White House Apprentice will there be bigger stars cast? And can we expect dailing ratings updates? Because apparently what we can’t expect are answers to when we will have enough tests and crucial medical equipment to help beat the PANDEMIC.”

CNN’s executive editor Ram Ramgopal tweeted: “In case you were wondering what My Pillow is doing in a time of coronavirus,” and included a video clip.

Ali Velshi’s official tweet:

Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld slammed Ali Velshi saying: “When you start producing 50 thousand masks a day you can go up to the podium too. In the meantime sit on your fence and keep your thumb up your ass.”

Then, he ripped Tom Nichols:
