James Woods: “Pelosi/Schumer Have Been Holding America Hostage Since The Moment Trump Put His Hand On The Bible On Inauguration Day”

Former Hollywood actor James Woods targeted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for blocking the nearly two trillion dollar coronavirus stimulus package in the Senate.

Woods kicked off his commentary on Twitter after replying to Fox News host Laura Ingraham, who blasted Democrats for “holding up” the relief package.

On her Twitter profile, Ingraham accused Schumer and Pelosi of “trying to extort concessions unrelated to COVID-19″ and then urged voters to call them.”

“Pelosi & Schumer are holding our country hostage, holding up this relief package, trying to extort concessions unrelated to COVID-19,” Ingraham tweeted. “Call them at 202 224 3121, urge them to debate, then hold a vote.”

In response to Ingraham’s statement, Woods said, “The two-headed hydra of Pelosi/Schumer have been holding America hostage since the moment President Trump put his hand on the Bible on Inauguration Day.” See Below

He then retweeted Rep. Steve Scalise who suggested Democrats are “exploiting” the coronavirus crisis to “play politics.”

Moments later, Woods accused Democrats of “twisting this crisis into another shot at the coup d’etat they’ve been attempting for over three years.”

“How many lives is it worth to topple this President, Nancy?” he asked.

Mr. Woods reiterated what the stimulus package is really all about, which “is NOT about tax grabs for Democrat cronies and stewing windmills all over the landscape.”
